Scratch vs. Store-bought pie crust

We're ramping up (okay, more like dreaming of, for those of us in the path of the polar vortices) to bake sale, county fair and family picnic season.  I spent a lot of time last year making scratch pie crusts.  Here's my decision matrix for whether you need to make pie crust from scratch or not...  Enjoy!
